Front yard mowed, weeded and blown off.
Tent set up in the garage to be cleaned and water proofed. Living room furniture rearranged and everything dusted. Area hiking trails scouted out for future walks. Calf stretches done. (Trying to get this torn tendon to heal up) Screened Patio clean and furniture rearranged. Done for the day other than dishes after dinner and feeding the boy.

- work, & then worked again..(yay split shifts, if i keep saying it, i might learn to like them eventually) *smiles*
- 2 loads of laundry, i know you are all jealous! - cooked a nice big dinner tonight for my children.. - housework, helped my son change his bedroom around.. --------------- inner/journey stuff: - started a food journal today, finally.. - meditated, 15-20 minutes, early this morning.. - some positive, uplifting conversations.. - took 2 steps forward, with some inner demons of mine.. - 30 minute cardio workout

What I've done today
Stripped the bed and washed the linen
Ihop Walmart run (I HATE GOING THERE!!!) and spent $318 Went to the dairy store for milk Made the bed Fixed dinner Helped with shampooing my son's bedroom carpet

Cleaned my truck windows inside and out, also all of the inside dash, trim etc.
Picked up the trash that blows in my yard every day from the kids throwing it down as they walk by from school. Scooped the backyard. Cleaned out fridge and took trash can out to the curb for pickup. Brushed Bear...then told him to go take a bath but I do not think he is listening. Still left to do; dishes, and 100 push-up challenge

Manage to get out of work very early like 9:30! wooohooo
Than took a car full of stuff to be donated at the women center. Yes! Worked out cleaned out the garage refrigerator., eww still had eggnog in there. lol Made dinner working on valentine cards...still not finished yet

More of the usual...
...breakfast for Rooster and me, packed lunches for Scoote and Rooster, took him to school, conference calls, paperwork, wayyyyy too many emails, cleaned cat box, emptied and reloaded dishwasher, made dinner, fed outdoor kitty (now she'll let me scratch her tummy  ), got contact info for another animal shelter so I can go look for Banshee tomorrow, got Turbo Tax up and ready for Scoote's paperwork (still waiting on my W2).Also...stuck to my new eating plan and had my first coaching call for work's weight loss program.

I went to work this morning I pulled up all of the carpet/staples out of the last room to be ready to lay the final bit of hardwood flooring down on Friday I went to the dump, (trash/recycling) Doing a load of dishes got the mail and tonight I will be heading out to PT
