Control Panel: Edit Options
My question is about the Default Thread Subscription Mode. I have mine set to no email notification but still receive daily email notices for every new post to a thread to which I've subscribed. How can I get this to stop?

Any threads with something other than None will send you emails. Change those to None by selecting the checkbox and at the bottom, from teh drop down, select Update Subscription to None and hit Go. When you subscribe to threads, make sure you set it to No Email Notification.
