Five hours, I tried to go back to sleep, even read for awhile, but my body wasn't having any of it.

I woke up after four hours of sleep, read for awhile, then slept another three, for a big seven hours!

I got about 7-ish hours. I woke up at 5 something and was happy to see that I had another hour to go and promptly snoozed until two minutes before the alarm was set to go off.

5 hrs 45 min

Last night I got in bed at 10pm but didn't fall asleep until 12:15 am. Then I woke up at 6am.

I go through occasional bouts of asthma and allergies, and that is rough for sleeping. Lying down is the worst position. At 12 I finally found my inhaler and also took a Zyrtec (allergy OTC, also makes one sleepy- so it counteracts the stimulant effect of the inhaler).

Tonight I have a snow day tomorrow so I'm up late. Now why did I go and do that? Who knows? I'm agitated because my wife told me a small tidbit about someone taking advantage of her. She didn't really care that it happened but it has me so worked up. I'm just trying to chill.

12+ last night or really on Monday's. I work both jobs and I am up Sunday around 3pm until I get home a little after 3 PM on Monday. I crash and I'm lucky to hear the phone or anything else. Tuesday I get up and I'm barely MOVING but by 10am I'm rip rearing to go. Watch out world.

The mattress topper is making a difference & my hip is NOT as sore upon awakening as it was. I so miss my KS Memory Foam bed & mattress! Soon, maybe, soon!!!

I slept from 3am to 3:30 pm, 12.5 hours. I really needed the sleep, and it felt great. I am still having these kind of combined asthma/allergy/sinus issues, so I always feel sleep is healing. It's sad to think that if it weren't a snow day today I would have been up at 6am as usual!
