I have been taking melatonin due to bouts of insomnia. I think it has an accumulative affect. I slept for several hours without interruption, woke up and took a 4 hour nap! LOL. I really must have needed this sleep!

never get more than 5 hours anymore, then I can fall asleep at 6 for 2 hours and it is a deep sleep. Although my doctor wants me to go for a sleep study. I study and read about sleep when I am awake all the time. I will have a fit if I have to wear a CPAP machine.
