YSK it is Saturday and I am behind schedule again because I was up until 7am studying and putting in job applications uggggg

YSK I have one hour to take a shower and get dressed and pour coffee down My throat no breakfast and lunch will have to wait

YSK I do NOT like being behind schedule but it is what it is and I will catch up and have time to relax later today...

YSK that sometimes things work in My favor since I just got a call that cancelled My over night sleep study for tonight yeah!!!!!

YSAK I am a nice person underneath it all.

YSK - my self-esteem/self-worth is much, much, much better than it used to be

YSK - i do Not expect you to keep up with me, i ask you to understand me

YSK - i am The Only staff member in my gym (besides my boss) who has the athletism as i do. the bodybuilding trainer's don't even come close...

YSK - none of the above is about my ego

YSK - i am the Best shape of my Life and i just keep getting better and reaching Higher!

YSK - i do NOT do well when Snarked at. it takes Less energy to be Kind, than to be Rude.

YSK...that although I'm not here nearly as much as I'd like to be, I think about y'all quite often.

YSAK that even though today is Saturday, the work doesn't stop. But when I'm done, my storage room will look like a storage room and not like a bomb exploded in my basement.

YSAK that I just got out of the shower and I smell really good! I love the body spray that I bought...Dove body spray pomegranate and lemon verbena scent.

YSAK that although I'm working on mending a broken heart, I have hope that it won't be long til I can breathe easy again.

YSK I played hard and now I'm tired and I wish I didn't have to leave the beauty of the lake. I need about 4 solid weeks of it. Maybe more. So good for my restless soul! =) It heals me I think.

YSK I never ate cucumber or peanuts before I came to Malaysia. Yeah, that was me leaving the bits of cucumber on the side of the plate or eating begrudgingly. But don't get too excited because no way am I going to eat nasty peanut butter or peanuts with a beer. Satay sauce and roasted peanuts in nasi lemak is my limit.

YSK that the dedication I wrote is for a friend here on the planet - tying to help Him find love. I hope He's successful because isn't that what we all want?
