BE CAREFUL when shovelling snow please!!
CIJS: To everyone...if you have to shovel snow...please exercise extreme caution..and shovel for a bit....rest..and shovel some more. Heart attacks tend to be more prone to happen to people who don't normally get such a cardio workout...and shovelling snow IS a major cardio workout..so PLEASE....Use extreme caution..I want to see everyone's smiling faces here for a long time...
