Jo's Kitchen (and yes, the coffee IS on...)

Good morning! Well I had to cut down to one cup a day. It really sucks because I love really strong rich African Kitamu made with my Tassimo machine. It was a trade off. I could have switched to decaf but decided to enjoy that one beautiful cup in the morning.

All this talk about bacon and tomatoes, peanut butter cookies... makes me pout. I had to make lots of great changes so maybe I can share some of those. I want to be healthy but refuse to give up full flavor.

So today it was farm fresh eggs- 2 white, 1 whole omelet with mushrooms and hot sauce. Toast made with Ezekiel sprouted bread with a dab of almond butter and honey. It was really yummy and filling.
