Not much done today....up and at 'em, fed and medicated the
 , plugged the cell phone in to charge, made breakfast and I'm now here whilst consuming said breakfast. Yesterday, however, was a physical triumph. I was in and out of the office, but all told I did about 3 to 3.5 hours of shoveling snow. I feel in my heart....and my shoulders, back, core, et cetera....that that is a solid accomplishment. |
