I went to my first pool therapy PT session this morning and I am so grateful for my therapist. She is a senior PT doctor who will help to restore my ability to walk as independently as I can. I was very emotional during my first session, though. Not only did I become overwhelmed by tears, but I smiled to know that I could walk with my body in the water. It was a very nice first visit and I look forward to all my sessions during August.
