A deep hard massage on the back of my right thigh. It is cramping something fierce. I was careful not to squat much today, bent over as a substitute whenever possible. Already swallowed almost 3 teaspoons of salt. Maybe it will kick in soon.
The dogs think I have lost my mind. I woke them up when the cramping started. I jumped up so quickly, almost knocked over my desk. All that commotion was loud. It frightened them. |
