Knyght (nite) n. From the Breton to protect and serve

1) An individual of the butch persuasion almost exclusively. Can be identified by a deep desire to do the right thing, protect the femme (not to be confused with the weak for that is a very bad idea as every knight has or will learn), and to right wrongs. A Knyght-afflicted individual may require that all those around hym speak respectfully of and to thos of the femme persuasion. Hy may also make outrageous claims about his own behaviour and then actually live up to it. It is difficult to be a knyght for one must keep one's armor spotless at all times or hy may be set upon by UglyMouthed Homonids. Knyghts, in general, are seen as a very rare breed.
