Seven good hours.
I ate about a 1/4 teaspoon of canna-oil before bed, didn’t use any canna-salve on the arthritic areas, and listened to Ocean Waves (thanks Alexa) while falling asleep. Unfortunately, I’ve been going to bed at 8-ish and waking up at 3-ish. Will work on changing this schedule over the weekend. Still, I’m well rested and looking forward to a good day.
