What is your HIGH and low for Just Today?

High: my retina was saved by the eye surgeon who did surgery on my eye, two weeks ago. Today was my post-surgery checkup. Super grateful he saved my eye.

High: my primary doctor upped my diabetes meds because I’m insulin resistant and my new meds help end the buzzing feelings I felt in my legs and arms. I’m getting better now, thank heavens.

Low: the insane levels of cruelty by particular people in our American society. May the same level of cruelty be met with an overwhelming dose of karma so our society is rid of this toxic brand of hate and greed by the bad actors hurting people in our country and abroad.
