Revising my 'bug out' bag"..i've made a few needed adjustments...if i have to walk i need something to sleep in that's snake proof...it finally dawned on me that more then half of the U.S has snakes and unless you're planning to sleep in a hammock or a tree at night you run the risk of a snake making it's bed on your warm body..so i've been looking for a decent tent and come up with an Taurus 4 person Outfitter, 10lbs, with the Footprint 2lbs, will give me room enough for gear and i won't have to sleep against tent walls..i've also decided at some point soon i need to purchase a Glock which will fit in a chest holster...more weight but necessary..
