I didn't know that people weren't allowed to express concern and disappointment on the thread. Nor, did I know that you feel because you started the thread that you can speak for others. If you'll read closer, you can see that my question was posed rhetorically. Even if it weren't, the person addressed simply doesn't have to answer.
