Seriously. And I've been a complete non-smoker now for 4 months. Smoked more than a pack a day for about 20 years.
The urges come...and go...in a few seconds really. Breathing helps. Good luck. I feel so much better already. My nasty morning smokers' cough went away in about 4 days.
