i will not speak any words injurious to myself or anyone else. i will not think any thoughts injurious to myself or anyone else.
when i realize that i am starting to feel sad, i will devote myself to another activity, such as sweeping the floor. useful physical activity has an amazing capacity to clear the mind. namaste, DamselFly
