ROFL!!! I read Jane Austen. Works like a charm!! In all seriousness, I have Rozerem, which I take on occasion but am finding it doesn't do very much for me. I often read, since that seems to help. If you're really desperate, try Foucault, Judith Butler, or the Marquis de Sade. The writing is really dense and re-reading and attempting to grasp the overall message of such verbose sentences is usually good for inspiring the brain to go on vacation for a bit. ![]() Sometimes I make the doggies be my snuggle friends. I don't think they don't like it much, but it works, and they can usually sit still for fifteen minutes.
