Bugs and spiders do not freak me out. I have been known to kill one but prefer not to.
That said, when I was married and we were very poor, the only place we could afford in Kensington, MD, was roach heaven. We had to turn on the light before entering a room. It was so disgusting. No matter how much I cleaned/sprayed/bugged (haha) the management, they never left. When I was close to delivering my first baby we finally moved. I just could not bring a baby into that place. I will never ever kill Jimmny Crickett. I always put them outside even if it takes me 30 minutes to catch it.
