1. I am really hard on myself when it comes to personal goals.
2. I love bath time so much i have been known to take 4 or 5 in a day. 3. I would rather go without coffee... then have bad coffee. 4. When it snows... I always try and walk barefoot and naked (except a cloak) through the snow in the moonlight... its calming, and grounding... 5. I tell all my students its important to do one weird or crazy thing a day, it keeps your mind open to any possibilities.
