There is some lighting in my neighborhood, but generally, it is pretty dark at night.
When I take my dog for a walk, I often put a blinking light on him as we have some people who drive pretty quickly around the corners. I do feel bad for the poor guy when we come upon another dog, though. My dog looks back at me like, Dad, quit making me look like a wuss with this light on! Does that dog have a light on? NO, he doesn't!
