Welcome, Privateer! (ok, so everyone addressed you as either Jay or Jaymes, and I figured to take you up on the offer of calling you Privateer or Pirate. ESPECIALLY since I am in a fun mood!)

As for the Pirate reference, for some reason I keep flashing on the bumper sticker "Have you flogged your crew lately?".
