I got a lot accomplished at work. I started the modifications for two new units for my student, sent a bunch of emails got to talk with my coworkers (we never have time for that).
I took my son to therapy and was really blunt about the trouble we have been having, asking for help because I know we really need it right now. I gave myself permission to let the other people in my house handle everything while I deal with my emotions around what is going on with my son... and monitor him while he is grounded.
