Gentle shoulder massage from a kind, caring femme. Left work at 2:00 today in pain. I think I tore my chest muscles again over the weekend. Not full blown thank goodness. Came home, took over the counter medicine (aspirin and ibuprophen spelling???) , Pooch Kevin got into bed with me. Stayed there for 6 hours and I am not hurting so badly anymore. I think it made my shoulders stiff trying to sit in that chair at work and hold myself upright in least possible pain posture.
I will be okay.  Thanks for listening to my whine.
