My cats always wanted rubs and loving when I was cooking. I was never so naïve to think that was about me.

Haha! I think it usually does mean "maybe she'll feed me" and it just coincides with whenever it's most annoying for me. But I'm not totally convinced that she doesn't do things just to annoy me.
