Waves "Hello" to all the dwellers of Jo's Cafe ... and a big hug for Jo !!

It's been kinda hectic around here. My roomie has a tore rotator cuff and had a shot today and I had a shot on my left side of the spine and go back next friday for another shot on my right side

and I have to make an appt for another MRI ..this seems like it's never ending. But the good news is we have been doing therapy in our pool .. so we have a nice tan .. lol !
