When I'm in a store, the employee completes our transaction by placing the ticket in my bag and handing it to me. I normally say, "thanks." Now days most have to say, "no problem." I want to yell, "I know it is not a problem, it is your fucking job - why not just say you are welcome?"

Dilly-Dally. My mom would tell us kids to come straight home from school, don't dilly-dally! My dad called his wallet a billfold, and I still do it. And his watch was a timepiece. Haven't heard that in a long time.
