I like a lot of different cheese, just about anything but the plastic stuff.
My 2 all time favorites are, 15year old extra sharp white cheddar and cheese curds, which is cheddar. I have never seen cheese curds outside of Wi and, if Snowy is around, they are called cheese nuggets because "curds" sounds nasty to her.  So, anyone from Wisconsin?
