Stay at home (currently): I pretty much take it easy, do what I want to do, when ever I want to do it (except to say I take my BP meds, log BP readings, follow Dr orders....).
Work days: up @ 0330 hrs, pack up my lunch, ride my bike to work, work 12 hours, bike home, eat a light supper (lather, rinse, repeat. ..... until the weekend). |
