So I'm having Brunch..... today!

I'm making an breakfast dish of russet potatoes, fresh corn on the cob (which I cut off the ear), and diced sweet onion and celery. Once it's browned up nicely, I pour scrambled egg mix over it, then cover it up so it balloon's into an soufflé. Once it's finished cooking, I top it off with Harvarti and Smoked Gouda cheese, to melt on top.

Then I toast two slices of Franz Milk & Honey bread and butter it up good, and top it off with Raspberry Jam.

Cup of Hot Cocoa with sprinkles of cinnamon, to drink!

Delish!

This does sound delish however I did notice you appeared to be up early enough this morning to have the traditional breakfast!
Perhaps you flitted the morning away writing to Santa?
