What have you done for yourself today?

I slept in late today.....then I lugged the vacuum around the house (thank heavens it is ultra light in weight)…. then I gave myself a much needed manicure and pedicure treatment. No nail polish involved because I'm giving my natural nails a break from that stuff. I concentrated on applying healthy oils to my feet and hands and applied some ointment to a sore cuticle on a couple of fingers on my left hand.

Oh, and I also gave my hair a special conditioning treatment, after I applied some clear gloss to my almost color-free locks. I plan to never color treat my hair again and just leave my hair in it's natural state (mostly salty silver, not much pepper left).
