I made an organic Strawberry compote last night, so in a bit, when I get ready to make breakfast, which will actually be brunch - by the time I get to it, I will make waffles and spoon some of the warm strawberry compote on top of the waffles. Italian Decaf coffee, with a couple packets of Truvia and a splash of non-dairy, plant-based creamer. I might scramble some eggs too, to have on the side.
