My agenda for today:

Put together outfits for work
Ironing
Laundry
Air out a new mattress pad for the bed
Change the sheets on the bed
change the kitty boxes
put away all the stuff on my bed that is not required for sleeping

SO true Georgia! I try never to go on the weekends, but I figured hey it's just after the holidays, etc etc! Huge misconception on my part! People were shopping like it was Christmas Eve....

I don't picture myself leaving the house today unless it's for a quick run over to the Post Office at some point!

Cutting out a few articles I found to include with a letter to my grandniece, write the letter to my grandniece, hunt down stamps & stickers I've seemed to misplaced god only knows where, I've got a beef roast to start at some point, and no doubt a few other things that'll pop up as the day rolls on....

Also, I need to finish my housework.

Clean the oven
New sheets for mom
New bed slats for mom

Get the guest room ready because my dear friend of 35 years (chef/artist) is coming for a visit. Yay!
