He's stopped sending funding to the World Health Organization (WHO) because he says they didn't do their job in getting involved in China fast enough when the pandemic first broke out. In light of China's lack of transparency, how exactly was the WHO to know what was going on? Also, Trump is no statistician - how did he arrive at this idea? Trump is just trying to foist his clear irresponsibility off on someone else (the WHO).
