White Stilton cheese with bits of mango and ginger. I don't like sweet cheeses but I'm hooked on this. It's sweet, soft-ish, creamy (creamy tasting like cream cheese, but more dense). You can make wedges with this cheese unlike cream cheese. It would be a good dessert cheese with crackers after a spicy curry meal and it would go well with a very dry white wine.
I've been trying new (to me) cheeses and this one is a winner. Found it at Aldi's at a good price. |
