My joy today...celebrating my Mom with a lengua taco.
I picked up my Mom from the funeral home. I hope thats the last time I have to go there. It's extremely difficult. ....And there was a viewing going on. (boo hoo) Anyway, our fav taco place was across the street. I remember I brought her home a lengua (beef tongue) taco. She was so happy. Our conversion went to how she would make herself tongue when I was little and still living at home. I thought is was sooo gross! I said, maybe I should try it again, now that my tastes have grown up. Ok, I was willing, lol. It actually wasn't bad. I don't think I would go out of my way to order one. Well, until today. For you Mom, I raise a taco in your honor! That's my joy today. I miss her so💝
