Italian spicy sausage crumbles, pan seared with blueberries and light sprinkles of chia seeds. Half slice of plant based bread, enriched with seeds, and pan toasted with evoo…. Then, topped with avocado. Delish!!

I had a cup of turmeric tea and orange, with a drizzle of honey:
 and a half cup of Greek yogurt with fresh blackberries, blueberries and one big strawberry sliced up nicely. And, about two tablespoons of homemade cinnamon spiced, honey granola.

I pretty much eat the same thing every day in some shape or form.
Two eggs, turkey or chicken sausage. Today was fried eggs with cheese, jalapeño sauce from TJs and also their crunchy spicy onion seasoning. Handful of grapes on the side. Ethiopian French press coffee with a splash of creamer.
