Good morning friends (and afternoon for Incubus)

Glad to see everyone doing well...Braedon, how are you healing? Feeling yourself again yet?

Lips...thank you for a lovely breakfast I do love some traditional bagels and cream cheese. I'm going to set out some scrambled eggs (with just a bit of sauteed minced onion) and cheddar cheese in them, some nice slices of fried breakfast ham....and some crispy hashbrowns, of course

More coffee is on...and for Incubus and others that might prefer that too of course!

I'm dancing around the kitchen this morning (thanks Freyja!)...and trying not to get my hopes up. Seems that the realtor had a bomb of an open house while I was gone (lovely day, no people)...but then showed the house on Monday to a young couple. They came back Tuesday with his mother (a.k.a. "the downpayment") and stayed an hour. Seems they really liked the place. Realtor says they are off to the bank to see what they can get approved for a mortgage...and hopes to have an offer from them soon. With all the back and forth, I don't want to get my hopes up (after 4 months of this...ugh)...but they didn't care about the street...and that's been everyone else's main objection.
