Jesus should be around for a bit since they made a big deal in the press over casting LaFayette's love interest.

But since LaFayette died at the end of book 1, there's no telling where his character will go.

I'm glad this thread got bumped. I was thinking about posting in here but kept forgetting. I was wondering if anyone thought Tara actually killed Franklin. All she did was smash in his skull. I don't think that's how you kill a vampire, so I think he'll be back. She should have decapitated him and set the house on fire. But that's just me. I really don't like that storyline. He's annoying and Tara is just......not that engaging to me.

They introduced a lot of new characters this season. I do like Alcide, he's cool. Sam's family is mildly interesting. I like Jessica and Hoyt, I wish they were still together. I think Jessica is pretty funny but they aren't doing much with her so far. I think it's pretty clear Erick is going to have his revenge. I expect more bloodshed. Jason is boring. But all and all it's been a pretty good season so far.

I was beginning to think that they need to stick to the Sookie & Bill storyline since the new season began. They appeared to be jumping all over the place. I haven't been impressed with the Jason storyline here...

HOWEVER....Last night's episode was great...Finally, some action that I could resist along with major gore. I didn't want the show to end and was wanting more. It's about damn time!

And, yes, Ssssssssookie shut the hell up...
