Key's post reminded me of a veggie meal that I used to eat frequently back in my young single days. I called it "walk-around salad"

Fix a salad any way you like it, stir in any dressing you like. Stuff it into an opened half pita bread, sprinkle the cheese of your choice on top, and enjoy. It is simple but delicious. And you can "walk around" and eat it. Great if you're on a quick lunch break and you watched "All My Children" too long before you headed back to work!
