I have a guestion for art lovers here especially the lovers of Impressionist artists. I remember the teacher in art class showing us a painting that I just loved. And I have been looking for it for years on the internet. I believe it was either an Italian or a Spanard that painted it.
It shows a scene with St. Francis of Assis; a very detailed painting of him with animals. One can almost see the individual eyelashes on the subjects that is how detailed it is. I thought it was El Greco or Velaquez but have not see anything like that in their works. Anyone have any idea?
