worked my morning shift this morning.. got a 45 min brisk walk outside - beautiful sunshine out there.. very motivating! 2 loads of laundry loaded the dishwasher and cleaned up the kitchen.. a 30 minute workout with the elliptical, some weights, and stretches.. a very healthy lunch.. drinking lots of water today! made some appointments for my son... now getting ready to go back to work for 2nd shift..
