Good morning everybody
 Nice to see you Sylve!  The kitchen's been quiet lately, but I always keep the coffee on just in case.  Seems like we've all been so busy lately, but with good things happening all around... still sending that job-finding mojo your way Zimmy...and I think looking at Disney and Universal is a great idea, especially since they're gearing up to head into their busy season pretty soon. Poor Scoote worked extra late last night, and is off to work again already this morning. They're keeping her jumping for sure. I head to the airport this afternoon to pick up my mother, who is visiting for a few days. Should be interesting, as usual. She does adore Rooster and they have a really good relationship...so that's a good thing. And she only likes short visits...so that's another good thing!  Off to refill the coffee...hugs to you all

and thanks Jo, i have been quiet around here lately...life's been super busy for me in so many ways, but i'm forever stalking you all and reading posts wondering how ya's are.. kinda creepy eh! heh.. the weather here has been so nice, i'm getting anxious to get out and spend some moments with nature.. i'm home sick today from work, though.. my boss encouraged me to stay home, honestly. i'm pretty sure i would have done fine working - but i think he didn't want to hear about my monthly woman problems LOL..so now it's a weekend off, today i will relax til the rest of the pain subsides but maybe tomorrow morning i'll get out and really enjoy the beauty of spring! Zimmy, good luck with the job search hunny! ♥

Sorry for being MIA. It's been a long weekend. I helped Lisa move yesterday and didn't get to sleep until 1am. My back and knees was giving me Hell yesterday and I was happy to come home. Hello my friends
Well, it's been an eventful few days....my mother came and went. Her health is truly awful and I have some pretty grave concerns about whether she'll be around much longer (not for my sake, but for my son's), I turned 49, and Scoote blew her back out so badly that she's on bed rest and painkillers for a few weeks...another MRI and a consult with a neuro-surgeon coming up for her. Ugh.  isn't going to cut it on this...I may need  too.

Good Evening Everyone,
I took a twenty minute nap after arriving at the apartment and taking a shower. It felt so good to be able to walk into a nice place and have no negativity. I am thinking of a trip to Red Lobster for dinner with jumbo red velvet filled cupcakes from Publix grocery store for dessert.....   Have fun tonight, Zimmy

Good morning everyone
Coffee is on....Thank you so much for keeping the kitchen open Zimmy! I've had my hands full trying to keep Scoote as immobile as possible (failing miserably), training the new guy at work, and basically keeping all the wheels turning around here. I went and enjoyed my spa day yesterday that Scoote gave me for Christmas...an hour long massage, fruit enzyme facial, and a manicure and pedicure. I feel much better!  It's a really lovely place, and I was so relaxed when I left that I could have slept for the rest of the day.Glad to hear you're moved in back in Orlando and that things are going better for you Zimmy...and sending you mojo on the job hunting.

Good Morning Jo Jo,
The Spa Day sounds like fun! Matt and I used to go to the local spa and get our manicures and pedicures. It is such a relaxing time! I am glad to be back here and having Athena, Matt's cat, around is nice. Matt and I have decided that we are going to move into a two bedroom apartment in the same complex. Scoote is being bad...How is the weather down by you? We just had a wicked storm hit us and the rain is supposed to remain into the afternoon. Have fun today, Zimmy Quote:
