i had a big piece of 8-seed whole grain bread with cafe au lait made w/vanilla soy milk, then fresh blueberries and blackberries with a cup of green cha.
and then another cup of cha and a slice of halewah! (paraphrased: break fast with richness lunch within average means dine sparingly, have cha always!) namaste, DamselFly
