Hi Alphadaddy, belated welcome to Tennessee. I've been a Tennessean my whole life. Born and grew up in Chattanooga, moved to Memphis in '91 for college and haven't left. As far as I know, the best b-f community in the state is in Nashville - they sometimes have get-togethers and such. Good people.

Hey Electrocell,

Don't know the specifics about cost of living across the state, but not really a factor in my moving. I'm from east Tennessee, and want to get back closer to "home". Plus, I don't like Memphis, so will be more than worth it to spend a bit more living somewhere else.

Oh thought you meant east like New York or NJ. LOL Nashville should be close to Memphis in prices.
