Good morning
 Holiday weekend...must be time for brunch...  Started out looking like a nice day here, but now getting gray and looks like we might be in for more rain. I won't complain....it's been so dry that we were officially in a drought with water restrictions and the lawn was dying. So, come on rain! Didn't manage to sleep in again today (no surprise....just wish I could), so up about 8, cleaned and adjusted the chemicals in the pool, made coffee and tea...and then, since the kettle was boiling made jello for Scoote and a pitcher of ice tea for later (I'm really trying to get off the soda). Scoote ran off to a garage sale and work for something....and I made breakfast for Rooster and I....wish there was a brunch like this one around here to go to though *sigh*. I just love brunch buffets and leisurely weekend mornings....drinking too much coffee and grazing the buffet...talking with friends. For me, that's probably the perfect weekend morning. Hope you all have a great day...and a safe, pleasant holiday weekend.
