This is the first time I have ever tried to quit smoking in 28 yrs. I have never been a heavy smoker maybe 1 or 4 a day occasionally a
whole pack, some days I wouldn't have any at all . Actually I have never enjoyed smoking at all . Its truly a compulsive behavior. I'm so happy now.
I didn't think I would get any withdrawal symptoms , but boy did I ever.
I just thought I was getting to old for this nonsence.

Hope I don't relapse

One of those plastic inhalator thingies might help. It's what helped break the hand to mouth habit for me. In the end I didn't even need the nicotine cartridge, just the plastic bit. It took weeks rather than months to break the habit. I liked that it didn't look like a ciggie so was helping break visual cues too.

Woohooo StillettoDoll. You can do it and you won't relapse unless you want to. As I keep saying, there are no reasons to start smoking again, only excuses. You're starting from a good point in that you don't enjoy smoking and you don't smoke much but I bet those habitual ciggies are still hard to give up.

Good for you! I had the same smoking routine the 1st 25 years of smoking, not every day or a pack....After 38 years it had become a pack a day . Now after countless times trying, this is hopefully be the last time I quit. It has been the hardest thing I have done....Raising a kid is a close 2nd
