We are (knocking on wood) healthy finally. Big weekend with the reds, then the brewers. I'll be kayaking and getting my baseball fixes.

Ortiz isnt on the disabled list yet. The bursitis is in his heel. I cant phathom bursitis resolving in a matter of days but he is listed as day to day.

If we had a designated runner position for designated hitters.......I'm kidding.....kind of. LOL.

Even with Ortiz and Youk out, we are holding our own for the moment. But the bench is very thin on power which is worrisome seeing the Rangers are our next opponents and the Yanks are on tap for next weekend.
