If you can't resist chips and salsa and want that once in awhile how about trying the baked chips instead of the regular ones? At least that cuts down dramatically on the fat content. Beans are actually really good for you, but most restaurants use white rice which isn't....what about ordering just the beans and hold the rice? Can you get your mexican food with corn tortillas or whole wheat tortillas instead of the white flour tortillas? Every little change adds up. ![]()
