First workout in a week. I got super sick after my last ShaBAM! class, thank goodness it wasn't the class but a intestinal virus that is still kicking my butt. I wish I could say my trainer went easy on me but for the most part she didn't. We stayed away from core exercises and worked on upper body. ShaBAM! class... oh my god, that sounds like a workout in itself! What is it like?! I'm sorry that some virus made you so sick... but hopefully you will be back up to 100% before you know it! They have so many great cardio classes at my gym... I've always just been a lil' intimated to join in. Those Zumba women are freakin' off the hook
